ONLY ONE ENTRY FORM PER PROJECT
Please complete and submit this form by Friday, March 10.
The OSEF will take place April 4-6, 2017 at Hammons Student Center on the campus of Missouri State University. The elementary division of the OSEF is open to students in grades 3-5. This division is non-competitive and projects will be recognized for their work with a certificate and ribbon. Students are not required to stay with their projects, but should the student be at the fair on Tuesday evening, the night of judging, they are welcome to stay with their project and talk to the parents and teachers present.
Projects should be set up on Tuesday, April 4, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM and picked up on Thursday, April 6, between noon and 5:00 PM.
