He was adamant about not wearing CPAP and was evaluated by a head and neck surgeon who performed a Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP). The patient report he feels much better now and needs his license to return to work. He has a repeat sleep study with an AHI of 15.

No significant change in weight since prior evaluation.
