Dear Outdoors SA stakeholder,

We are writing to you seeking information to coordinate a prompt and effective response for the outdoor industry to this summer’s devastating fires.

The intent is to gather information that can be used to seek changes, gain support and provide advocacy for people in South Australia delivering and facilitating adventure based activities.  Although the land scarred by fires is smaller than other states, we are working with our partners on a national task force to ensure those operating in nature based tourism and the greater outdoors industry are supported correctly and swiftly to minimise ongoing impacts.

Immediate personal support is available.  We suggest using reputable sources to ensure needs are met as quickly as possible.  The DHS page is a great start: https://dhs.sa.gov.au/services/disaster-recovery.
