Hello, students -- both current and past -- who have been involved with the Oregon Student Association!
As part of OSA's strategic planning process, we’re inviting you to take this survey to help shape OSA's work and future.
There are 10-11 questions, depending on how you answer one question. We estimate it will take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. You can go back and change your previous responses until you hit “Done.”
All respondents will remain anonymous (unless you answer in a way that discloses who you are). Responses will be shared with all of the Oregon Student Association's and the Oregon Student Foundation's board and staff members.
After you hit "Done," you'll be directed to a form where you can enter into a drawing for a $50 Visa Gift Card. There will be three winners. Your responses will remain completely anonymous, and your contact information will not be shared.
