Effective Conduct of Operations (CoO) leads to greater, continuous and improved Operational Discipline (OD). In short, OD is doing the same work tasks and activities, the same way, every time. To a large extent this requires the execution of operational and management tasks in a deliberate and structured manner.  A production-centered plant is one that is focused on continuously improving its conduct of operations, operating standards and human performance at the point-of-production. If set-up and managed properly, these core components lead to a production-centered plant that is focused on ensuring safe, reliable and profitable production operations. This survey is focused on benchmarking organizations on their existing CoO maturity.  People who take part in this survey will receive a free copy of the report we generate from the survey results.
