Welcome to the Organic Research and Extension Initiative (OREI) Survey
Thank you for participating in this survey. We are excited to establish a better understanding of your production needs and interests. The survey is designed to identify your farms' preferences and priorities for types and varieties of various crops.
We hope you find that the information we're gathering is relevant and consistent with the topics you'd like to bring to the discussion. If not, there are open ended sections throughout the survey where you can provide more feedback if you like.
Any information you provide that can identify you will be kept strictly confidential by UC Davis and the Organic Seed Alliance parties conducting this survey.
