Introduction

The OPTA HR/Ops Committee has identified CVOR Safety Ratings as a topic of common concern among members. As a first step, OPTA is undertaking a data gathering exercise to understand the nature of the issues, before engaging with MTO.

This survey asks for information that is publicly available on a Level 1 CVOR.

The survey has 15 questions to gather the carrier, collision, conviction, inspection and performance summary details from pages 1&2 of the Level 1 CVOR. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
