Are you an Early Career Psychiatrist interested in being a mentor?

If so, the Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Association is looking for Early Career Psychiatrists (ECP), those members who are in their first eight years of practice, who would be interested in providing mentorship to psychiatry residents on a one-to-one basis.

Depending on your preference, mentorship can be provided via phone call, Skype or meeting in person. The time commitment is one hour every three months, however, the time may vary based on your interest and availability. ECP mentors will be paired with a resident based on areas of interest, as well as geographic location, if possible.
