Remote Verbal Testimony

If you need assistance in signing up for public testimony please call Mark Altenhofen at 971-673-1189.

If you think you may want to testify, please complete the survey to sign up. If you decide not to testify, you can always decline later.

To give remote verbal testimony for a Commission meeting, please provide all of the following information. Requests for testimony are accepted until 9 am Tuesday before the meeting is held.

To guarantee your opportunity to comment on your topic of interest, you must:
  • Be logged in to the Microsoft Teams meeting 15 minutes prior to the time indicated for that topic on the published agenda
  • Use the name and/or phone number you provided when you registered when logging in to the Microsoft Teams meeting
  • Remain logged in and ready to testify until the time for testimony for that topic is complete (which may be later than shown on the agenda)
  • Unmute yourself promptly when requested by the meeting host.

You may join the meeting by clicking the Microsoft Teams link from a computer or smart phone or dial the number provided from any touchtone telephone. Please see our meetings page for specifics topics to be discussed each meeting.
