The purpose of the district plan of action is to assist OPEPP partner districts in identifying their priorities and implementing action steps that improve their uses of paraprofessionals as part of their overall service delivery model, in order to meet the needs of all learners, particularly those with disabilities and learning difficulties.

The OPEPP district-level team completes the plan of action, with support from their designated OPEPP consultant and State Support Team (SST) consultant and submits the plan by October 26, 2018.
