The Ontario Positive Asians (OPA+) Network aims to strengthen the connection among Asians PHAs across Ontario to collectively identify and act on issues most relevant to our wellbeing and to promote self-efficacy as a group.
On behalf of the OPA+ Advisory Committee, we would like to invite you to take part in this Community Member Survey. Information collected from this confidential and anonymous survey will help OPA+ plan for the upcoming OPA+ Caucus meeting in late May 2015.
