Coonabarabran After School and Vacation Care -Request for Enrolment 2022

Please submit by Sunday 31 October 2021, to support planning for next year.

This survey collects information for Warrumbungle Shire Council-Children's Services, being your intention to enrol your school aged child/ward (5-12years) in the Coonabarabran After School Care and Vacation Care (OOSH) program. The information will be used to establish expected demand for the service and planning for next year.
