Introduction

Benalla Rural City Council’s Economic Development team is conducting this survey to find out how COVID 19 has impacted your business, so we can understand the key issues and advocate better to the relevant agencies on behalf of our local businesses. It should take about 10-15 minutes.

* 16. As you may know, Buy from Benalla is a free virtual Town marketplace for all Benalla businesses to trade online. It was developed by Council in response to COVID-19 by local developers Issimo. It's an easy entry to e-commerce with no cost to register and lots of help on-hand. If you sell something there is a low 5% commission (including merchant banking fee) which goes back into developing the platform.

We are hoping to have 80% of local businesses on Buy from Benalla in time for Christmas.
