‘One Night in Footscray’ is an exciting new way to discover the art spaces, galleries, venues and inherent creativity of the municipality within central Footscray. It is designed as a self-guided twilight journey, where visitors can look, listen and engage in a variety of high-quality creative and artistic experiences, across different mediums and in unexpected locations – all on one night!

This year One Night in Footscray will take place during Due West a ten-day multi-arts local and international festival. One Night in Footscray and Due West Festival are proud the support the diverse creative voices of Melbourne’s West.

After two successful events in 2017 and 2018, the ONIF Coordination Committee is calling for applications from artists who have a connection to Maribyrnong (live, work, recreate, study or volunteer) to participate in the event in 2019. Local artists and students involved in the creative arts are encouraged to apply.

Applications close 5pm, Monday 13 May.
