Member Communication: ONA 34 Vacation Selection Process Survey

Your Voice Matters. ONA34 is seeking member feedback on the current vacation selection process.

Currently, members who wish to select vacation based on their seniority must submit their vacation requests by February 15 for the upcoming vacation year if they want to utilize their seniority. We want to know whether this process continues to work for members or whether you would prefer a twice-yearly vacation selection process when planning vacation.

Your feedback will help ONA34 understand what members want and will help guide future discussions and negotiations with the hospital.
