Orthopedic Medicine and Mobility (OMM) Appointment Options

Welcome to Colorado State University's Orthopedic Medicine and Mobility (OMM) service. We specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of injuries and mobility concerns resulting from orthopedic conditions.

We are currently offering two appointment options to help your pet, as described below. Both can be scheduled via a link at the end of this survey.

1. In-hospital examinations only (i.e., no same-day diagnostics)—We will provide a complete orthopedic physical exam of your pet and determine the next best steps. If diagnostics or procedures are recommended, you will be asked to return on a different day. Cost: $225

2. Telemedicine consultations—These online consults enable us to provide basic guidance for you and your pet. Particularly if a diagnosis has been established by another veterinarian, this consultation may be sufficient to answer your questions. A telemedicine appointment may also be considered if you live far from CSU. However, since we can't physically examine your pet, some limitations exist. Cost: $100

This survey allows us to collect important information about your pet's problem and will aid you in scheduling one of the above appointment types with the OMM service.

If you would like to proceed please click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page.
