Refurbishment Scheme-Outwoods and Forest Edge Medical Centres

The Practice have been working with our Architects over the past 12 months to develop a refurbishment scheme for Forest Edge and Outwood surgeries. We recently submitted our scheme to the Primary Care Infrastructure Fund for funding announced by the Government earlier this year, but unfortunately we were unsuccessful.

We are hoping to submit the scheme again in the next round of funding and would appreciate it if you could spare the time to complete the questionnaire/feedback to both show your support and also provide your vital input into the scheme.
