Power to Decide wants to offer a pre-conference certification training on One Key Question® (OKQ) at the AMCHP conference.  After completing this one day training, you will be certified for two years to implement OKQ in your community and you would become eligible for a Training of Trainers (in development now). To assist with the planning process, AMCHP and Power to Decide are asking individuals planning to attend the AMCHP conference to indicate their interest in participating in this training.

The training is estimated to cost individual participants $350, to be paid directly to Power to Decide (not a part of the AMCHP conference registration process).

Please note that completion of this survey does not obligate you to participate in the training or its associated costs, nor does it reserve your space in the training. By indicating your interest, you will be among the first to receive the notification that registration is open for the training (to be disseminated in January 2019).
