All meeting rooms are in the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago, which is within a 5-minute walk from the convention center, which are connected. Each room will provide seating for 15 and include complimentary beverages and snacks. No audio-visual services are available. Meeting rooms may be reserved in either a 1-hour ($600) or 2-hour ($1000) time block on Thursday from 8 am-12 pm, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm, and on Friday from 8 am-12 pm. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental fee is non-refundable.
