Thank you for providing feedback on the Higg Index Brand Modules (Social and Environment).  This survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete.  Your answers will help the Sustainable Apparel Coalition evaluate needs for possible updates to the Brand Module.

The first 3 questions are required information to assist the Outdoor Industry Association in tracking progress on our Higg Index adoption goals.
