Building Capacity: Affiliate representation at committee meetings

The Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) is committed to addressing issues and campaigns relevant to different sectors and constituencies. The Federation’s advisory, executive, and standing committees deal with a wide range of issues of concern to working people. They help to undertake the work assigned by the OFL membership at bi-annual conventions and they make crucial recommendations on OFL policies and actions. However, we can’t effectively accomplish any of these goals without you.

In an effort to build capacity, improve meeting attendance and encourage participation at OFL committee meetings, we are seeking your feedback to forge an efficient path forward. Please review and answer the following question by Friday, January 29, 2021.
