Introduction

Now that you have completed this e-book on collaborative team-based care, you are invited to provide feedback. The on-line e-book was prepared for you by the University of Manitoba, Office of Interprofessional Collaboration. Content was supported by the University of Toronto, Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare and Education.

The purpose of this on-line resource was to introduce you to the six competencies of collaborative team-based care (Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative. (2024). CIHC Competency Framework for Advancing Collaboration 2024. https://cihc-cpis.com). The content provides descriptions of each competency with supporting evidence and shared experiences of health and social care providers and users. We hope you will find the material a helpful basis for future collaborative team-based care and value your feedback.
