I understand that completion of The Leadership Challenge Workshop Facilitator or LPI Coach Training & Certification entitles me to promote myself with the conferred designations listed on the certificate of completion. I agree to use the training materials to their intended design and ensure each participant receives their own copy of the required participant materials. Further, I may not infer that I have a business affiliation with Wiley, issue certificates bearing The Leadership Challenge logo, or suggest personal relationship with the authors without prior written consent.

I understand that The Leadership Challenge Training Partner, Wiley, and the Authors all have the right to refuse to grant a certificate of completion or certification to me, even if I complete the facilitator training workshop or facilitator certification process if it is determined that I have not fully met the program requirements. Further, I understand that the certificate of completion or certification, once granted, can be revoked if I engage in gross misconduct or behave in a way that causes harm to the reputation of the Authors, Wiley, or the Training Partner.
