The Omaha Downtown Improvement District Association (ODID) was established by City Ordinance in 2007. Our Mission is to create a more inviting and attractive Downtown Omaha through programs and projects that reflect the needs and desires of the District Stakeholders:
  • Property Owners
  • Businesses
  • Residents
  • Visitors
  • Investors
The ODID Board of Directors is comprised of elected representatives from the District including property owners, business tenants, and residents. Board members are unpaid and volunteer their time so that all funds raised go directly to support programs.

The boundaries of the ODID area are generally from the Missouri Riverfront to 17th Street and Capitol Avenue to the railroad south of Leavenworth Street. More details about ODID can be found at OmahaDowntown.org.
