As a part of Orange County’s Healthier Together initiative, you understand how vital health is to the wellbeing of our communities. In addition to healthy behaviors and health care, health is also determined by social determinants such as economic stability, affordable housing, access to education, and neighborhood conditions. That’s why the Orange County Health Improvement Partnership has identified Social Determinants of Health as an area of interest in the Orange County Health Improvement Plan (www.ochealthiertogether.org/ochip).
