Reduce the documentation burden by simplifying and standardizing common medical forms.

Develop a provincial health human resource (HHR) plan, with a list of regions where family doctors are/will be needed.
Optimize Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
Fund a pool of primary care team members (e.g., social workers, nurses, etc.) that would be available to family practices. 
Create formal regional networks for family doctors to access info and supports, including the "funded primary care team members" referenced in this list.
Expand existing incentives to attract more family doctors to areas of critical need in rural and Northern Ontario.
Support initiatives that can reduce administrative tasks, such as medical scribes and virtual assistants.
Create a centralized referral system.
