The City of Oceanside is updating its Local Coastal Program, a planning document that regulates development in the City’s coastal zone and establishes a long-range vision for the community. The City has identified areas in the coastal zone that are at-risk from coastal hazards like sea-level rise, flooding and erosion. The City is currently identifying potential solutions to reduce risks from coastal hazards (such as sand nourishment and sea walls) and wants to hear from you. Please fill out this survey to provide the City with your thoughts on how Oceanside should plan for sea-level rise.
