The Ohio Development Services Agency and COHHIO are pleased to present, Financial Management for Non-Profits, a training for OCD Grantees. The training will be offered on Wednesday, August 29 (Akron) and Thursday, August 30 (Dayton). A key component of non-profit sustainability is the commitment of the staff and governance board to strong financial management and planning. This training will impart knowledge and proficiency in financial management concepts and practices including:

The target audience for this training will be:

Newly established non-profits;
Existing non-profits with new financial staff members;
Non-profits that have unresolved or repeat audit or fiscal monitoring findings;
Non-profits that need to build strong financial management systems.
