COVID19 has affected everyone in Aotearoa New Zealand in some way. We want to find out more about how this pandemic has impacted the lives of children and young people.

If you choose to complete this survey, your answers will be used to help us (at the Office of the Children's Commissioner) understand what life has been like for children and young people during the COVID19 Lockdown.

While we will make sure that your answers remain anonymous, we will share your answers with other groups who might be able to learn from what you’ve shared.
