Impact of EU Projects in HE and Research in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean |
Welcome to the OBREAL-GLOBAL Observatory survey on Impact. We thank you for your participation.
This survey is part of a broader study, led by OBREAL-GLOBAL in collaboration with the Internationalisation Laboratory of the University of Mar del Plata in Argentina and the Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA) in South Africa, whose main objective is to understand the impact (*) (and stakeholders' perception of it) of the different European cooperation projects in higher education and research.
This survey is one of the data collection tools of the study, which will be completed with a series of focus groups and interviews with decision-makers in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.
OBREAL-GLOBAL and its partners hope, through the analysis of the data collected, to be able to boost policy discussions on the capacity and effectiveness of the European programs to promote reforms and help to modernize the different Higher Education and Research systems. OBREAL GLOBAL aims at making a series of recommendations to improve the capacity of EU-funded projects to modify, expand or reform the realities of higher education and research in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, respecting local and regional realities, involving representative stakeholders and in line with the priorities of each region.
