This Research Forum will provide a deeper understanding of service planning for the criminal justice client by attending to risk, criminogenic need, and responsivity issues. By the end of the presentation participants will appreciate the importance of risk assessment as part of behavioral health treatment and case management services. They will be familiar with the basics of the Risk, Needs, Responsivity factors as well as how to incorporate the findings of risk assessments and criminogenic factors in to service planning and delivery.
