4.Please specify which ticket type applies to you. Please note, if you are a trade show vendor or exhibitor, you will be invoiced separately.(Required.)

6.By checking the “yes” box, I indemnify and hold harmless the Ontario Aboriginal Lands Association (OALA), its affiliates, agents, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses, arising out of or resulting from the performance of or in consequence of and relative to but not limited to training sessions, workshops, and field trips.(Required.)
7.By checking the “yes” box, I understand and agree that all information, training material and training delivery provided by OALA, its affiliates, agents, officers, employees, and representatives is for education and information purposes only. It is not intended to provide legal advice and should not be relied upon in that respect without seeking the advice of a lawyer.(Required.)
8.By checking the “yes” box, I also hereby grant to the Ontario Aboriginal Lands Association, the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographed or filmed images including identification by name for use in connection with the activities of OALA for promoting, publicizing or explaining OALA or its activities.(Required.)
9.By checking “yes” I understand and agree that attendance will be taken each morning and afternoon to confirm each participant’s presence. Registrants of OALA’s Annual General Meeting are required to attend all selected dates to be eligible for reimbursement of costs.(Required.)
10.A tour of Hiawatha First Nation and Serpent Mounds Park will be held at the end of day, after Day 2 of the AGM. Note, the tour involves walking through a hilly and grassy area. Would you like to register?(Required.)
