1. NCHN Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program Survey

We are seeking some input from all current Network Planning Grantees about the direction of the future Peer-to-Peer Sharing Sessions. Even if you have not participated on a call so far, please take a minute to answer the first six questions of this survey. Your input is needed as we plan for the three remaining calls.

For those of you that were able to participate on the November call, please complete all of the survey. Please mark the answer that most closely reflects your satisfaction with the call.
