Northminster Presbyterian Congregational Survey on Racial Justice

You are invited to complete this survey because of your connection with Northminster Presbyterian Church. This survey is being conducted by the Racial Justice Task Force (RJTF) of Northminster. The RJTF is charged with helping the Session of Northminster lead the church to take tangible action that pushes against racism in all its forms and locations, including within Northminster. The aggregate responses from this survey will help the RJTF make recommendations to the Session and inform the  Task Force's work to educate and activate the congregation in racial justice issues. 

This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. We value your time and honest opinion, as well as the diversity in the congregation’s understanding and experiences with racial justice issues. No attempt will be made to connect your answers with you as an individual, with the exception of contacting individuals who express an interest in serving in relationship to racial justice issues. We invite you to answer several demographic questions so we can better understand how experiences and perceptions may differ for people in different demographic groups. This information is entirely confidential.
