Introduction

The Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) and the City of Missoula are wrapping up the process of creating a redevelopment concept for the North MRL Triangle, the 8-acre City-owned property north of MRL Park. This project was initiated per City Council Resolution #8729 and explored community priorities for the site, ultimately producing a redevelopment concept reflective of these priorities, the City’s Goals and Strategic Priorities, and the Midtown Master Plan. This project is being supported by a consultant team led by GGLO to assist in creating community-supported site design options for the property with the goal of enhancing community character throughout the neighborhood and surrounding area.

The redevelopment planning process is close to wrapping up and this survey gives you the opportunity to share feedback related to the concept that was shaped through numerous interviews, community workshops, two previous online surveys, and other points of connection with the public and project partners.

Your response to this survey will remain anonymous and will be interpreted by a third party. The survey is 19 questions long and takes most people around 10 minutes to respond.
