Introduction

The Missoula Redevelopment Agency (MRA) and the City of Missoula are in the process of creating a redevelopment plan for the North MRL Triangle, the 8-acre City-owned property north of MRL Park. This project was initiated per City Council Resolution #8729 and will explore community priorities for the site, ultimately producing a redevelopment plan reflective of these priorities, the City’s Goals and Strategic Priorities, and the Midtown Master Plan. This project is being supported by a consultant team led by GGLO to assist in creating community supported site design options for the property with the goal of enhancing community character throughout the neighborhood and surrounding area.

This process is designed to gather public input on redevelopment guidelines for the North MRL Triangle site. The next phase will center on a preferred site concept, with input opportunities coming in August 2025. Developer identification, detailed site design, and construction will follow the completion of this redevelopment planning process.

The survey is 24 questions long and takes most people around 10 minutes to complete.
