The CSA Centre is gathering feedback on the recent in-person roadshow that you attended. Please complete the following anonymous survey, which we estimate will take 5 minutes of your time.
The survey has been set up so that you only need to provide feedback on keynote presentations and group sessions that you attended. If a question or option is not relevant to you then please tick N/A.
All feedback will be anonymous but we may use quotations in evaluation reports.
At the end of the survey, we will ask if you are willing to be re-contacted in the future to see if the learning from the roadshow has been useful to you in your professional role.
