The Village of Norridge is working with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) on a comprehensive plan, which will help guide development and decision-making for decades to come.
A public visioning workshop was held on October 25, 2011 for residents and other stakeholders in Norridge to participate in shaping this comprehensive plan. Small groups worked with maps of the Village to come up with ideas for the future of residential and commercial land uses, transportation systems, open space, and community facilities in Norridge.
This survey contains the top ten "big ideas" that workshop participants shared and voted on themselves. Each of these ideas is important for planning the future of Norridge, and each will be considered in the plan in addition to many other topics.
If you were unable to attend the workshop, please take a minute to cast your vote on the next page for the idea that you think is most important to address in the Village's plan.
