Propel will ask to work closely with a team of 3-5 people from the organization to inform the outcomes, champion the process within the organization, and provide input and insight into content produced. Depending on the type of project, this team may require the board chair and/or board members to participate. Exact time commitments and suggestions of participants will be determined before commencing a project. However, selected organizations should commit to meeting with Propel at least 2-3 times during the project and doing work between meetings.
