MVMA Non-Technical Skills Needs Assessment

The MVMA Board of Directors is committed to assessing the needs of its members and determining how best to meet those needs.  For MVMA's mid-career veterinarians, the organization would like to develop a program similar to the leadership program designed for recent grads entitled "Power of 10".  This survey is designed to determine if you have interest in such a program and if so, what sessions you would like included.  This feedback will help MVMA develop relevant learning experiences that enhance your non-technical competences.  Thank you in advance for your assistance!
