Witness Survey for Non-Subscribers

This anonymous 5 minute survey is intended for those who do not subscribe to The Witness.

Your response to each question will help guide our efforts to teach and inspire the Catholic faith.

The survey is anonymous, but participants can be eligible for a raffle to win a free subscription for one year to either our print or electronic editions. If you’d like to be entered into this contest, please include an email address or cell phone number at the end of the survey.
