The purpose of this survey is to identify how effective pilot and ATC communication is in different countries. ICAEA will use the results to report on emerging issues and possible ways to address them. The findings will also help to show how effectively the ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements (LPRs) have been implemented in different countries. The survey aims to answer these questions:
1. How well is communication being conducted in English over the radio today? 2. Is the ICAO Level 4 standard the same across the world? 3. Are the ICAO LPRs improving language proficiency for radio communication?
The survey contains 9 questions and should take about 4 minutes to complete.
