New River Multi-Use Path Project Mailing List

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), in cooperation with the city of Peoria, will be constructing a new multi-use pathway along the east side of the New River between Happy Valley and Pinnacle Peak roads. The new MUP will connect to the existing New River Trail path to the south near the city of Glendale boundary and end at Happy Valley Road at its northern limits. The new MUP will feature a 12-foot paved path and an 8-foot soft path. The project will improve multi-modal connectivity for trail users along New River.

Project construction is expected to begin in early September and take up to six months to complete.
