East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission

East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC) coordinates planning activities for the Appleton (Fox Cities), Fond du Lac and Oshkosh urbanized areas. Areas with 50,000+ people receive funding to maintain and upgrade the regional transportation system. Funds can be used to improve roads, trails, transit and freight planning, among other activities.
