National Home Care Month 2016
During National Home Care Month in November, we want to hear stories about the public service work your agency and staff are doing in the community. This could include stories about your participation in the Bring the Vote Home-New York campaign; or perhaps your agency initiated some particular outreach to special populations, provided charitable services, volunteer work, or educational work within your community.
Simply tell us your agency's story by completing the form below, no later than November 11. Please also send us a photograph of your staff or patients to go along with your story (e-mail photos to rnoyes@hcanys.org), and we'll be sure to feature your agency in our weekly newsletter, our Facebook page and our home care month website throughout the month of November!
