The score must be obtained at any United States Archery Team (USAT) or USA Archery sanctioned events listed as State, Regional or National or at a World Archery sanctioned event. Proof of obtaining the MQS must be submitted with your application via a link to a website of published scores, a copy of the published results, or a copy of a signed score card.(Required.)

Video Submission Purpose:
Archers will be evaluated on their shot process and have their video reviewed by the USA Archery National Coaching Staff.  Archers will be assessed on shot process control, perceived back tension, execution (release), follow through and mental focus. The archer's entire body should be visible for proper form evaluation.
