Help us make the National Gallery a more inclusive and accessible place

The National Gallery is currently developing its first Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), with the assistance of Accessible Arts.

This short survey seeks views on current accessible services offered at the National Gallery, and ideas for new service offerings we could provide in the future.

The responses to this survey will be collated and analysed by Accessible Arts for the purpose of developing the National Gallery’s DIAP and other purposes as outlined in our privacy policy. All responses will be collated and de-identified. We will not combine the information in your responses with any other information we may hold about you or disclose any personal information about you with any third parties other than Accessible Arts.

Your responses may contain personal information or sensitive information about you and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. Our privacy policy contains information about how we handle your personal information and how you can access or correct your personal information or complain about the way your information has been handled.
