2021 Canadian Father Involvement Survey – Moms |
Welcome
To discover what the needs of Canadian dads are, we want to hear from moms. By "mom", we mean biological mom, partner to a dad, step-mom, grand-mom, adoptive mom, caregiver or anyone raising a child in a mother-role.
This information will help us to make sure that programs, services and supports are able to meet the interests and needs of dads as well as any other parent or caregiver. In this survey, we are interested in learning how moms perceive a dad's experiences with fatherhood.

At the end of the survey, you may choose to provide your name and email address to enter a draw for one of ten $50 Amazon.ca gift cards. If you provide your name or email address, all personal information will be stripped from the survey results upon the survey's completion.
