This is a survey for Canadian fathers designed to discover what the interests and needs of Canadian dads are. By "dad", we mean biological dad, partner to a mom, step-dad, grand-dad, adoptive dad, caregiver or anyone raising a child in a father-role.
This information will help us to make sure that programs, services and supports are able to meet the interests and needs of dads as well as any other parent or caregiver. We are interested in the feedback of dads or those raising children in a father-role to help us better serve dads.

At the end of the survey, you may choose to provide your name and email address to enter a draw for one of ten $50 Amazon.ca gift cards. If you provide your name or email address, all personal information will be stripped from the survey results upon the survey's completion. Results of your survey may be withdrawn for up to one week upon submission by contacting Sean via email at sean@dadcentral.ca.
