Cybercrime is a dishonest or criminal activity online or by phone that can include instances of deceptive conduct like malicious software or viruses, online or phone scams, theft of critical business information, fake over-payments, fake invoicing, hacking your business to obtain your customer’s details or access your supplier’s computer network.

Completing this survey will enter you into a prize draw to win one of two $250 VISA gift cards for you to spend on your business. The winners will be selected by random prize draw on 23 August 2017 at 5.00pm EST and notified by email or phone afterwards. NSW Permit No. LTPS/17/16029.

The survey is completely voluntary and should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. All your answers are confidential and your anonymity is guaranteed.

The information will be used to produce research by the New South Wales, Victorian, South Australian and West Australian Small Business Commissioners, the Queensland Small Business Champion, the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman and the University of Technology Sydney into cyber security and small businesses.
